When the bag commences turning white (that stuff’s termed “mycelium”), give it a shake to be sure the mycelium spreads all over the total bag.?Too very little, and there won’t be plenty of mycelium or spores to latch on to the substrate and increase. Too much, plus the substrate will become way too moist and susceptible to mold and mildew.T
